I joined the Internet Society in 2024 as Director, Global Talent.
In my most recent role at Activision Blizzard (AB), I shaped diversity, inclusion, and marketing strategies as a DEI Business Partner. Before that, I was Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, leading a team of 14. I focused on improving recruitment, collaborating with HR and TA Centers of Excellence (COE), and building a strong team during a hiring surge. Prior to my time at AB, I served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Choice Hotels, managing a team of 5 in a COE model. I drove international hiring, diversity initiatives, and vendor optimization during a period of growth. I learned so much in these roles and had the privilege of partnering with amazing people.
Before moving into corporate roles, I spent nearly ten years in executive search, eventually becoming a Partner with the international firm Diversified Search, recruiting across nonprofit, biotech, tech, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries. In addition to my undergrad from the US Air Force Academy, I hold an MS in Communication from Northwestern University.
On a personal note, I’m a father of two boys and a girl, and my wife is an Air Force commander. I volunteer as her Key Support Liaison, supporting the dependents of her active-duty military members. My Air Force career as an intelligence analyst has included three deployments to Afghanistan, supporting NATO, and leading humanitarian efforts. Growing up in the Air Force and serving as an officer has given me the opportunity to live internationally and truly become a global citizen.
